Arto previously held various senior executive roles at Nokia, including Head of Cognitive Solutions & Process Innovation, where he spearheaded a digital transformation strategy and drove innovation through AI/ML and automation. He also served as Vice President of Global Services for North America and Latin America, leading large organizations and significantly enhancing service capabilities.
Arto is passionate about leveraging technology to optimize business processes and transform large-scale operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Häme University of Applied Sciences and is an Officer of Air Surveillance and Defense from the Finnish Defense Forces Academy.
Jose Casado is a founding partner and Senior Advisor at Altum Vista. He is a proven leader with more than 20 years of experience in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector driving change to improve business performance within multinational environments.
During his tenure at Nokia, Jose held several senior leadership positions such as Head of Strategy for Global Business Services, where he spearheaded initiatives focusing on people, process, and digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on value creation. As Head of Program Management and Business Operations, he successfully transformed both internal and external Services Units into high-performing digital Global Services Units, resulting in sustained operational excellence and significant cost efficiencies.
Jose is passionate about technology and developing talent and high-performing teams. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Universidad de Zaragoza.
Jennifer Tran is a Founding Partner and Advisor at Altum Vista, with extensive experience in the tech, retail, and e-commerce sectors. Known for her proactive approach and adaptability, she excels in collaborating with global teams and using customer insights to drive service improvements.
Jennifer has held key roles in HR, operations, and customer care. Most recently, at Mytheresa, as Customer Care Excellence Manager, she improved service standards and customer retention. At Nokia, she held critical business support roles for global R&D teams and led staffing initiatives. She also gained management experience at Walmart, where she supervised multiple departments and enhanced customer service efficiency.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas in Arlington.
