Previously at Nokia, he held senior executive roles, including Head of Cognitive Solutions & Process Innovation, where he led digital transformation with AI/ML and automation, and Vice President of Global Services for North America and Latin America. Passionate about leveraging technology for operational optimization, Arto holds a B.S. in Telecommunications Engineering and is an Officer of Air Surveillance and Defense from the Finnish Defense Forces Academy.

Passionate about technology and talent development, Jose holds an M.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Universidad de Zaragoza.

As a collaborative leader, he excels at turning strategy into measurable outcomes, having led major transformation programs and multi-functional teams across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA to drive strategic growth.

Adrian holds an HNC in Engineering and a National Certificate in Telecommunications from Solent University, Southampton, UK, along with multiple executive leadership credentials

Dinesh Bisht, As Managing Director of Anudra Innovations LLP and a Strategic Partner to Altum Vista, he brings over 25 years of global experience in service delivery, operations, and business transformation in the ICT sector. Dinesh has held senior leadership roles at Nokia and Ericsson, including Head of Program Management and COO for Managed Services in Sub‑Saharan Africa.

Dinesh has a proven track record of leading large scale initiatives in ERP integration, process automation, and global service operations, managing multi functional teams across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA. He is known for building high-performing teams and driving measurable operational impact.

Dinesh holds an MBA in IT and Systems Management and has completed executive leadership training at the Indian School of Business.
